Issuing of land registry documents and consultation of Land Register

Copies of land registry documents can be obtained at the Land Registry offices. The Registrar on duty is also available for advice and assistance to the user.

Description

It is possible to request a simple copy of the ledger, the index of subjects holders of property rights, the real index containing building plots, land plots and material portions of houses, the archive of cancelled registrations and the collection of applications, decrees and documents attached to applications. It is also possible to obtain copies of easement plans and plans of buildings divided into material portions, the latter both in paper format and in the dxf format necessary to carry out the relevant changes.

The documentation described above may also be requested by e-mail.

The Offices also issue certified copies of the tavolare documentation and in particular

  • certified copy of the master's ledger, showing the entries relating to the current tavular status, for all or individual owners, for all or part of the tavular body or, in the case of buildings divided into material portions, for each material portion
  • authentic copy of the historical plat status that corresponds to the reproduction of all the entries in the master's book, including those that have been cancelled;
  • certified copies of the petitions, decree and tavolari documents.

Copies may also be issued for master books and archives of cancelled inscriptions kept by other Land Registry Offices in the Province of Trento.

Photostatic copies of cancelled Master Books are issued exclusively by the office with territorial jurisdiction.

Who it's for

The service is open to all users, citizens, professionals, legal persons, in general to any person interested in consulting the Land Register and obtaining copies of documents and deeds.

The Land Register is public, therefore anyone can request documentation or receive assistance in analysing land registry items and deeds.

Anyone may submit a request for copies after filling in the relevant form and privacy policy.

The prerequisites of interest or legitimation do not have to be met: the Land Register is public.

What to do

Counselling is provided directly at the offices by the registrar on duty. It is therefore necessary to contact the competent office by phone or email and arrange an appointment.

The request for a copy of land registry documentation is made by filling in the relevant form and the privacy policy form.
If the request for a copy is made by e-mail, the Office replies to the user by providing the form and, after payment of the relevant fee, sends the documentation.
If the user wishes to request the copy at the Territorial Office, it is necessary to contact the counter by email or by phone. The Office will fix an appointment for the copy request at which the relevant forms (if not pre-filled by the user) will be filled in.

Please note that along with the requested documentation, a valid identity document must also be presented.

Special cases

Payment of land registry fees per view/copy can be made

  1. at the individual offices:
    • via 'POS' terminal
    • via PagoPA electronic payment
  2. by e-mail request to the Office
    • via PagoPA electronic payment

Payment of tavolar fees through the PagoPA system is compulsory for all methods of payment included therein (PagoPA bank transfer, homebanking with CBILL, Lottomatica, etc.).
