The European Information Centres Europe Direct Trentino and CDE Trento, incardinated in the UMSe Europa of the Autonomous Province of Trento, are pleased to invite you to the first appointment of the cycle of four information meetings "Plural Europe in 4 Stages":
"Stage 1: Belgium".

The meeting, organised in collaboration with the University of Trento (School of International Studies and Jean Monnet Centre) and the Municipality of Trento, aims at bringing citizens closer to European Union issues, with a special focus on Belgium.
Belgium, a country with a significant experience of multinational democracy, will be at the centre of the reflection: what can we learn from Belgium in order to rediscover the strength of the European project?
During the meeting, the following will be explored
- the lessons of federalism
- the ways of managing linguistic conflicts;
- the institutional instruments adopted to ensure balance and coexistence between different communities.
The event is free of charge and open to all citizens, and represents an opportunity for dialogue, information and in-depth analysis on the different facets of contemporary Europe.
