Suspension of periodic inspections of 'light' motor vehicles, motorbikes and mopeds from 18 August 2025

By a directorial decree of 30 June, the procedures for accessing the residual funds allocated to the support of investment programmes consistent with the aims of Measure 7, Investment 16 - Support for self-production of energy from renewable sources in SMEs, financed with resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), were regulated.
Budget: EUR 178,668,093.00.
Re-opening from 8 July to 30 September 2025, deadline extended until 12 noon on 10 November 2025.

With a decree dated 17 July 2025, the CACER Operational Rules were updated and the number of beneficiaries under Mission 2, Component 2, Investment 1.2 of the NRP was extended: now municipalities with up to 50,000 inhabitants can also access the funds.
Also approved is the update of the Public Notice for the submission of counter applications for capital grants for the development of Renewable Energy Communities (RECs) and collective self-consumption systems.
Available resources: EUR 2.2 billion.

With DD nr. 166 of 27 June 2025, the terms of the Call for Proposals for the selection of project proposals concerning industrial research and experimental development activities within the second line of intervention "R&D projects focused on eco-design and on improving the collection, logistics and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, including wind turbine blades and photovoltaic panels" of the Investment 8 "Sustainable, circular and secure supply of critical raw materials", Mission 7 "REPowerEU" of the NRP were extended.

By determinations of the Director of the Department of Health and Social Policies Nos. 7603, 7604 and 7605 dated 15 July 2025, the provincial lists of suitable candidates for appointment as medical director, administrative director and welfare director, respectively, of the Provincial Health Services Agency were approved.
