The System Administrator reports technical criticalities in the release of Sicopat-Contracta interoperability being urgently resolved by the supplier. Users are requested to proceed with manual publication in Sicopat of the necessary documentation in connection with the procedures published from Thursday 30 October 2025 until further notice.

On 28 October 2025, the Information and Operating Manual explaining the functionality introduced by the interoperability between the Contracta platform and SICOPAT was published.

The platform for submitting online applications has been activated in accordance with the provisions of the implementing decree, published on 8 September 2025, adopted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security regulating access to incentives for the purchase of electric vehicles.
