The platform for submitting online applications has been activated in accordance with the provisions of the implementing decree, published on 8 September 2025, adopted by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security regulating access to incentives for the purchase of electric vehicles. The subsidy will be granted in the form of a direct discount at the time of purchase. The initiative is financed with resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan with a budget of EUR 597 million.
