Datasets
The list sets out the key details of the applications – excluding data relating to the characteristics of the installation (Article 2-quinquies, paragraph 2 of Provincial Law 9/97) – submitted for the installation or modification of fixed telecommunications or broadcasting installations and related structures:
- date of submission of the application
- site code and name
- applicant
- status of the application
- decision concluding the procedure
- type of intervention and ownership of the telecommunications and broadcasting installation (the installation refers to the permanent structure housing the machinery and technical equipment necessary for carrying out activities or providing services, which is not to be equated with a building)
- type of intervention and ownership of the structure (the term ‘structure’ refers to the antenna support designed to house telecommunications and broadcasting installations, including the shelter for the equipment)
- the municipality in which the installation is located.
