Scientific progress and technological innovation require that healthcare workers are regularly updated and trained to ensure the effectiveness, adequacy, safety and efficiency of the care provided by the National Health System (NHS). This need was also evident during the pandemic crisis. In this context, the investment prepares senior staff to face current and future challenges in an integrated, sustainable, innovative, flexible and always result-oriented perspective.
Goals
The objective of the investment is to set up a training course aimed at managers and middle managers of the National Healthcare Service Companies and Bodies, to enable them to acquire the managerial and digital skills and abilities needed to face current and future challenges in a sustainable, innovative, flexible and result-oriented perspective, to manage new models of territorial care and to exploit digital and technological innovations (telemedicine, Electronic Health File, etc.).
Provincial target: 40 trainees among the senior staff of the Provincial Health Services Agency
