MASP is a project proposal aimed at reconciling work and private life, supporting a fairer distribution of care responsibilities between women and men and encouraging greater participation of women in the labour market.
A second part of the project focuses on training and refresher courses for business consultants, family audit consultants and, in general, trainers dealing with work organisation issues, through proposals centred on the new organisational methods of working hours and evaluation systems, with a view to greater productivity and efficiency.
Goals
The objective of the project presented by Agenzia del Lavoro is to change the corporate culture with reference to organisational choices on the subject of innovation of working time regimes with conciliatory purposes and the valorisation of all talents, including female talents.
With this aim in mind, it is proposed to organise meetings aimed at employers, employers' organisations, trade unions and their delegates, in order to make them aware of the advantages of new organisational models designed also to meet the needs of reconciliation and the enhancement of women and men. In particular, it is intended to analyse and promote the new personnel management tools also through case studies or visits to significant company contexts. The model defined in the Province of Trenton can be exported to other national territories by declining it on the basis of the characteristics of the entrepreneurial and institutional fabric.
