This project is intended to stimulate the production system to innovate and be ready to face the green and digital transitions.
Given, in fact, the growing need to face the new challenges and transition processes within the sectors of the provincial Intelligent Specialisation Strategy (S3), the companies in the area need highly qualified and innovative profiles, digital, green and transversal specialised skills.
The project therefore envisages the placement of a highly qualified manager in the company to support the processes of innovation, technological and digital transformation, both at the production and organisational level, in order to strengthen the company's internal competencies.
Goals
The aim is to bring innovation and growth to SMEs in the province, to increase their competitiveness, market positioning and management capacity in the S3 areas, to strengthen skills to support high innovation and access to new technologies.
The action is aimed at supporting the employment of key figures for the competitive development of SMEs by fostering the dissemination of knowledge and the retraining of human capital in the area, with a view to developing the skill levels needed to support the digital and ecological transition led by the provincial S3.
