Energy requalification works of the office building located in via Dogana 8, Trento

The project involves the construction of an external insulation (coat) on the vertical opaque surfaces.

The work was awarded through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender notice on 26 February 2025 (CIG B4424917D0).

The aim is to make the office building more energy efficient, reducing its energy consumption and thus contributing to the decarbonisation goals of the Trentino energy system.

The project is co-financed 40% by the European Union - European Regional Development Fund, 42% by the Italian State - National Revolving Fund and the remaining 18% by the Autonomous Province of Trento.
