Energy requalification works of the building located in via Vannetti 30, Trento

The project involves the construction of an external insulation (coat) on the vertical opaque surfaces and the replacement of the existing windows and doors with new ones with better energy performance.

The works, awarded through a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a tender notice, were awarded on 29 September 2025 (CIG B73AA165B8).

The aim is to make the office building more energy efficient, reducing its energy consumption and thus contributing to the decarbonisation goals of the Trentino energy system.

The project is co-financed 40% by the European Union - European Regional Development Fund, 42% by the Italian State - National Revolving Fund and the remaining 18% by the Autonomous Province of Trento.
