DIALOG

The DIALOG project envisages institutional learning through the exchange of good practices in order to improve the governance model within the programming, management and evaluation of EIS funds, with particular reference to the existing relations between decision-makers in operational programmes and local stakeholders supporting the development and promotion of Smart Specialisations. Indeed, social partners should be involved in the discussion and negotiation process, starting from design, in order to ensure effective and positive changes in the social dialogue model and in the quality and effectiveness of local development decisions, within the framework of the European PARTNERSHIP pillar.

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of the innovations produced by the implementation of the action lines with European Regional Development Fund financing by creating a real social consensus towards the relevant policy fields of action through active participation of system stakeholders (including citizens).
