Patrimonio del Trentino S.p.A. is an in-house company wholly owned by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which deals with the management and enhancement of the assets of the Province and of the other entities of the Trentino public system.
The company is responsible for the acquisition, redevelopment, valorisation, conservation, management, maintenance, alienation and development of the assets, as well as the rights over them, of the Autonomous Province of Trento and its functional entities, local authorities and other public entities operating in the provincial territory, as well as publicly owned companies.
