The company performs the public housing service and operates to rent to households, within the province of Trento and to preserve and increase the availability of housing to be rented out, in accordance with Provincial Law no. 15 of 7 November 2005, its implementing regulations, in compliance with the directives and planning and policy acts of the Autonomous Province of Trento and, in matters governed by that law, with the planning acts of local authorities.

The internal provincial structures of reference for the substantive relationship with society are the Housing Policy Service and the Strategic Mission Unit Housing Resilience, Sustainability and Single Allowance.
