"Improving the working conditions of the operators working in different professions within the Muse is a priority that the provincial administration has been dealing with for some time: following an approved plan, 30 positions have been internalised. The latest selection procedures are underway'. These are the words of the provincial councillor for education, university and culture, Mirko Bisesti, who also recalls how the organisation of the museum structure envisages that some specific tasks are outsourced, through the use of private companies, to which the Muse has guaranteed its collaboration in terms of organisation.
"The 30 new positions allow the structure to directly manage part of the services of mediation, orientation and visitor entertainment and related activities, which were currently carried out by external personnel, with an important improvement for the workers," adds Bisesti. "As for the workers of the external cooperatives, to which some services are contracted out, the executive guarantees its attention for the new contract that will replace the one started in the last legislature.
