Car practice agencies - Certified Declaration of Start of Activity (SCIA)

In case of SCIA it is necessary to send the documentation via the pec of the Civil Vehicle Registration Authority: motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it

In case of SCIA for transfer of registered office:

• form "SCIA, relocation of registered office, company transformations and variations;
• planimetry on a scale of 1:100 in original, countersigned by a qualified technician and such that the subdivision of premises (office, archive, bathroom and ante-bathroom) provided for by the Ministerial Decree of 9 November 1992 and the measurements of the same (G.U. no. 283 of 1.12.1992) is correct and evident
• photocopy of valid identity document.

In case of SCIA for company transformations

• form "SCIA, transfer of registered office, company transformations and variations;
• for new members: 'declaration in lieu of certification and affidavit of membership
• photocopies of valid identity documents.
