The delivery of the so-called bulky waste is not interrupted and can continue despite the fact that at the Ischia Podetti landfill preliminary operations to prepare the new lot are about to begin. This was clarified by the Provincial Agency for Purification to clarify the procedure that at first - especially in the Rovereto area - had led to speculation that the delivery of these materials would be suspended. This is not the case, since the managers of the landfill have been asked to continue receiving the bulky materials, which will be stored in the Trento Nord plant for their subsequent recovery at a specialised centre in Veneto, which has already been identified through a special tender.
The collection service for bulky materials can therefore resume as early as tomorrow.
