Once again this month, the Provincial Administration's appointment to welcome new employees is renewed. It is an opportunity for training and getting to know the organisational machine and, above all, the values, principles and goals that this organisation sets itself. There are 26 new hires, 14 women and 12 men, who have taken up their posts these days with an average age of 41.3 years. Welcoming them today in Sala Belli were the president of the Autonomous Province of Trento Maurizio Fugatti flanked by the director general Paolo Nicoletti, the director general of the Department of Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Luca Comper, the director general of the UMST Tutela promozione beni e attività culturali Franco Marzatico, the deputy director for personnel Maria D'ippolito and the director of the Trento History Museum Foundation Giuseppe Ferrandi.
'Thanks to the new hirings in recent months,' said President Fugatti, 'we have succeeded in lowering the average age of the Autonomous Province of Trento's employees to below 50. An average age that will go further down thanks to the competitions underway and scheduled in the coming months. Our wish for you is that you put your studies, skills and expectations to good use, bearing in mind that you are becoming part of a public system aimed at providing answers to our citizens and at the same time holding up the Trentino benchmark. This brings a burden of responsibility, not only for those who administer pro tempore but for all employees. Among your tasks then is to preserve this reputation'.
