At the concert inaugurating the academic year at the Bonporti Conservatory, in the presence not only of students and their families, but also of many musical operators in the area and representatives of both middle and high schools, band and choir federations, the provincial councillor for education, university and culture Mirko Bisesti emphasised the value of musical training for our area: 'We are here not only to celebrate the new academic year, but also to remind people that this is a place for music, training and meeting. This hall, inaugurated last year, has taken on a central role in making music in our area and has also become a point of inspiration for our young people,' said Bisesti. The Autonomous Province of Trento's support for the Conservatory represents a peculiarity in the national panorama: we are trying to invest in a musical training project starting from primary schools, all the way up to high schools, in a system that tries to bring together all the souls within it, so that our boys and girls, in our territory, have the opportunity to make a difference in the field of music. This is an investment in terms of programming and resources well spent, because it is aimed at the future,' said the councillor, thanking the president of the Bonporti Conservatory Claudio Martinelli, the director Massimiliano Rizzoli, but also the entire Board of Directors, the teachers and the parents of the young musicians.
Also present at yesterday evening's event were the head of the education and culture department Roberto Ceccato, the rector of the University of Trento Flavio Deflorian, and the Trento municipal councillor for culture Elisabetta Bozzarelli.
