   Molina di Ledro bypass, 40 million euro for the tunnel bypass

   Improving the liveability of the territory and its tourist use. With this objective in mind, the Provincial Council has financed the tunnel bypass of the village of Molina di Ledro, as proposed by President Maurizio Fugatti. A work worth 40 million euro, included in the Programming Document of the interventions by the Infrastructure Department. "It is an intervention that has been particularly awaited by the local community, which will allow for an improvement in traffic fluidity along the SS 240, eliminating crossing traffic, in particular heavy traffic, within the built-up area of Molina," explains the president of the Province, who points out that the bypass will have the effect of increasing the safety of all vehicular users.

    Garda Cycle Path, refinanced work requiring an additional investment of 19 million euro

    The modification of some routes, the increase in defence works and mitigation of geological risk, as well as the updating of price lists and the increase in the prices of raw materials and materials has led to an increase in expenditure of 18.9 million euro for the construction of the only section considered a priority for Trentino of the Garda Cycle Route and named 'Tratto Sponda Ovest', from Riva del Garda to the border with Lombardy. The update of the financed amounts was approved in the last session of the Council, upon proposal of the President of the Province, Maurizio Fugatti. "This is an intervention of great importance in terms of tourism and beyond, which guarantees added value to the experience of those who choose this corner of Trentino for their holidays," commented Fugatti, pointing out that this is "one of the first works that the provincial administration wanted to entrust to a commissioner (in this case engineer Francesco Misdaris), in light of its strategic nature.

    Supplementary rental subsidies, 7,910,000 euro also earmarked for 2024

    Supplementary contributions in favour of families renting on the open market, the extraordinary measure already envisaged for 2023 is confirmed for 2024 as well. With a measure proposed by Councillor Giulia Zanotelli, the Provincial Council has reserved the total amount of 7,910,000 euro for the financial year 2024. With the budget adjustment in 2022, the resources available for contributions to be paid in 2023 had been increased by one million euro, from 6,910,000 to 7,910,000 euro. The 2023 provincial stability law extended the increase to 2024 as well. The availability of EUR 7,910,000 is thus confirmed. The resources reserved with the measure adopted by the executive will be used to finance the granting of the supplementary contribution to households renting on the free market who will apply for it in the second half of 2023 and who will receive it from the second half of 2024 for 12 months.
