Grant application for the drafting of company forest management plans

Owners of public forests are obliged to manage them according to plans, for the drafting of which the province grants subsidies. Contributions are also granted to private forest owners, for whom, however, there is no obligation.

Eligible Expenditure Limits

The maximum eligible expenditure is 100,000 euro per plan

Contribution measure
The contribution measures, according to the 'de minimis' aid scheme, are:

• 50% in most cases
• 10% increase for first draft plans and/or aggregate plans and/or wooded areas with marginal income
• 30% increase limited to the costs of drawing up the impact study.

Owners of public forests

Owners of private forests covering an area of more than 50 hectares

• In case of revision of the management plan:
  • One year prior to the expiry of the current plan, the owner receives a notice from the Forestry Service of the expiry of the draft. A sheet indicating the maximum amount of work to be carried out for the revision is attached to the notice. On the basis of this sheet, the owner has an estimate drawn up.

• In the case of a first compilation:
  • The interested party must request in advance from the Forestry Service a technical sheet to be used for the cost estimate.

The application must be submitted using the appropriate form and sent, together with the enclosures provided, to the certified e-mail address (PEC): serv.foreste@pec.provincia.tn.it and signed with a digital signature or a handwritten signature together with a copy of the subscriber's identity document.

The application is submitted by 30 September of each year

• Estimate prepared by the qualified technician
• Summary technical-information sheet
• Spreadsheet (.xls or .ods) with estimate and technical-information sheet
• For legal persons, the measure approving the above-mentioned estimate
• In the case of first drafting, list of land parcels covered by the application
• In the case of management entities, copy of the management contract
