For the 2019 - 2021 contract, the Autonomous Province of Trento has guaranteed important resources for non-medical personnel in the health sector: over the past two years, more than 19.6 million euros and 10.8 million one-off payments have been made. The figure is provided by the provincial councillor for health, Stefania Segnana, who recalls the contract signed with the trade unions. In detail, it concerns 12,648,000 euro, fully paid from 2022 for the contract renewal and allowances; 10,882,000 euro one-off for arrears 2019 2021; 5,613,810 euro from 2021 and fully paid for various allowances introduced at national level and 1,350,000 euro from 2022 and fully paid for the increase in the Productivity Fund and the Fund for accessory treatments.
