The Valsugana SS47 is now once again passable along both lanes in the direction of Padua, and the Martignano tunnel has also been reopened to traffic. This was announced by the Road Management Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento, at the end of urgent work to channel the water that had caused material to collapse from the escarpment following the bad weather in recent days. The Geological Service reports that the slope consolidation operations will continue in the coming weeks with the installation of new protection nets and definitive drainage.
