Welcoming ceremony this morning in Sala Belli, in the Province of Trento's headquarters building, for 22 new provincial employees hired in April and May. The new employees, classified at different levels and in various sectors, were welcomed by the Councillor for Economic Development, Labour, Universities and Research, the General Manager of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department, Luca Comper, the General Manager of the Education and Culture Department, Francesca Mussino, the Director of the Personnel Service, Maria D'Ippoliti, together with the Director of the Trentino History Museum Foundation, Giuseppe Ferrandi. It was an informative and formative meeting, useful for providing new entrants with an overview of the competencies and organisation of the Province and the Trentino institutional system, and for reflecting on the important role of the employee and of the entire public sector for the wellbeing of the community.
