The Paralympic world has changed dramatically, especially in recent years, a sign of an important process that sees the athletes themselves aware that they are helping a country to change, especially from a cultural point of view, opening up new spaces of understanding, to bear witness to the message that everyone must be born to win as long as they are put in a position to try.
