Created in Northern European countries to encourage women's participation in the world of work, the part-time instrument has shown some criticalities over the years, which have penalised precisely the female component. The subject was the focus today in the Region of a seminar entitled "Part-time between light and shade", promoted by Agenzia del Lavoro, with TSM - Trentino School of Management, as part of the activities of TSM-LaReS, the Labour and Trade Union Relations Laboratory, which for years has been carrying out an important and strategic training activity for the development of the professional skills of those working in the labour relations sector in Trentino.
