Ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new secondary school building in Fiera di Primiero, an event attended by the Autonomous Province of Trento's vice-president and education councillor Francesca Gerosa. Also present were the provincial councillor Antonella Brunet, the president of the Primiero Community Roberto Pradel and the mayor of Primiero San Martino di Castrozza Daniele Depaoli, together with several other local administrators, including the mayors of Imer Antonio Loss, Mezzano Giampiero Zugliani, Sagron Mis Marco Depaoli and the deputy mayor of Canal San Bovo Mariapiera Fruet, as well as the headmistress of the Primiero IC school Maria Prodi.
"I would like to thank all the administrations involved, mayors, councils, and town councils, who had the courage to want to go ahead with the planning of this new school," Gerosa said, recalling that within the legislature's strategies one of the important objectives is to work on the well-being of both students and all the staff working in the schools.
"Wellbeing means being well at school from a psychological point of view, with oneself and in relationships with others, but this wellbeing also passes through the places of learning in which students and school personnel spend most of their time. Today, the Primiero community has a school built according to an innovative vision, an energy-efficient school, with adequate outdoor spaces and an organisation of indoor spaces that allows both students and staff to enjoy the activities of school time to the fullest,' said the vice president and education councillor.
