A debate on some strategic themes such as the prevention and management of natural disasters, energy supply, large carnivores, the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games and other relevant events: there are numerous projects being carried out by the member territories of Arge Alp, the Working Community of the Alpine regions, which has seen the members of the steering committee and the public relations group meet in Rovereto, in the 'Melotti' room of the Mart, to define some management and communication aspects.
The projects that will be developed during 2025, the year of Trentino's presidency, range from avalanche management to water resource issues, from artificial intelligence in forestry to cultural exchanges of experts and students, with a rich calendar of sporting events too.
The two-day event was organised by the Language Minorities and External Relations Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento, led by director Ellisabetta Sovilla, who chaired the steering committee meeting. As far as communication is concerned, among the various topics and strategies considered by the technical group, made up of the heads and delegates of the press offices and communication structures of the various administrations that are members of the Working Community, a discussion was held on the announcement of the next Arge Alp Prize, which will have as its theme 'Young people in the mountains: life, work and business projects'.
