    Western bend of Lake Levico (Valsugana), completely occupied by black alder groves. The edge of the banks is hemmed in by a band of magnocariceti, while the yellow water lily is present in the lake waters.

    Dolomite area located in a markedly pre-Alpine environment, characterised by pinnacles and vast screes interspersed with alpine meadows and mugoak.
    In the lower parts there are significant patches of beech forest.
    The site also includes the Baffelan subgroup.
    The SPA is part of the wider SAC Monti Lessini - Piccole Dolomiti.

    Local reserve

    A peat bog situated on a wide plateau behind Cima Cavallazza, overlooking the village of San Martino di Castrozza, municipality of Primiero San Martino di Castrozza.

    The reserve is included in the much larger Natura 2000 area ZSC Lagorai Orientale - Cima Bocche and in the territory of the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Nature Park.

    Hygrophilous broadleaf forest formation along the course of the Noce River, near the village of Piano, municipality of Commezzadura (Val di Sole).

    The reserve is one of the protected areas that make up the Alto Noce River Park.

    Included in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, this biotope consists of an intersection of spruce forests and peat meadows of glacial origin, of varying size and at different evolutionary levels.
    Among these, seven wetlands stand out for their size and for the often massive presence of plant species of great botanical interest.

    Fragmiteto in an area of hay meadows, pastureland and sparse woodland along state road 50 on the edge of the village of Bellamonte, municipality of Predazzo.

    The local reserve is contiguous (they are separated from the state road) to the Torbiera local reserve and is not far from the Natura 2000 Sorte di Bellamonte area, to which we refer for in-depth naturalistic information.

    Cariceto located on Monte Pat, a wooded hill overlooking the village of Montesover, a short distance from the Malga Vernera bassa campivolo, municipality of Sover.

    The site is centred on the wild Gulva Valley, dominated by mixed forests, and the undulating summit plateau, where alpine meadows prevail.

    The area includes the pass that separates the Tesino from the Vanoi Valley and the modest elevations to the north. The affected belts are the upper montane and the subalpine.
    On the predominantly Jurassic limestones there are pasture areas, coniferous woods and a relief with summit rocks.

    Cariceto a short distance from Rifugio Grazani on the slopes of Monte Altissimo, one of the peaks of the Monte Baldo chain, municipality of Brentonico.

    The reserve, which is part of the much larger Monte Baldo di Brentonico Special Area of Conservation, is included in the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park.

    Riparian salt marsh along the course of the Avisio Torrent, between the municipalities of Panchià and Ziano di Fiemme.

    It is one of the protected areas that make up the Fiemme - Destra Avisio Network of Reserves.

    Hygrophilous woodland with poplars, willows and alders along the River Chiese at the tributary points of the Lora and Palvico streams, municipality of Storo.

    The local reserve partly overlaps with the Special Area of Conservation Bassa Valle del Chiese, to which we refer for more in-depth nature studies, while in its southernmost part it borders the Palvico-Lora B local reserve. The local reserve is part of the protected areas that make up the Chiese Valley Network of Reserves.

    The local reserve is adjacent to the Palvico-Lora A local reserve and the Bassa Valle del Chiese Special Area of Conservation. The local reserve is part of the protected areas that make up the Valle del Chiese Network of Reserves.

    Vast marsh area north of Lago della Serraia (Altopiano di Piné).
    The vegetation consists of wet meadows of mega-grasses, once mowed. A band of magnocariceti has developed along the lake shores, which are progressively invaded by the water reed.

    Situated on the Pinè plateau, it includes the extensive strip of reeds bordering the northern shore of Lake Serraia, a small part of the lake, as well as the marshy basin at the head of the lake and its hinterland.

    The Reserve is also a Special Area of Conservation.

    Along the left side of the valley of the Meledrio Torrent, characterised by the presence of various terraces of glacial origin, numerous small streams flow, which, where the slope is less pronounced, have given rise to the various peat bogs that characterise the biotope.
    The landscape is dominated by a forest of spruce (Picea excelsa) and larch (Larix decidua).

    The biotope is included in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.

    The biotope consists of a complex of 9 interconnected wetlands, set in a sparse larch forest on the edge of the tree line.

    The reserve is part of the wider Monte Rema' - Clevet Special Area of Conservation and is one of the protected areas that make up the Valle del Chiese Network of Reserves.
