Civil Service Contracts
The job category known as 'civil service' includes all jobs in the public administration (PA), i.e. in all public bodies that provide services to citizens.
The economic treatment and working conditions in the employment relationship with public administrations are laid down by collective bargaining for the civil service.
The collective bargaining sectors, following the signing of the framework agreement of 25 September 2003, are determined as follows: local self-government sector, school sector, health sector, research sector.
In the province of Trento, thebody responsible for representing the PA in collective bargaining and for the signing of provincial contracts and agreements is the ProvincialAgency for Negotiation Representation (A.P.Ra.N.).

Framework Agreements
In this section you can consult the Framework Agreements relating to the civil service sectors falling within the competence of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
Local Authorities Sector
The Local Authorities sector comprises three distinct areas:
- management and municipal secretaries,
- staff with director status,
- other employees.
By selecting one of the tabs you can view the reference contract, and the agreements amending the contract.
School Sector
The school sector comprises two distinct areas:
- school managers;
- teaching staff of primary and secondary schools and institutes of education in the province, coordinating and teaching staff of pre-schools, auxiliary, technical and administrative staff of state schools and teaching assistants, PAT vocational training staff and IPAB staff providing vocational training services.
Health Sector
The health sector comprises two distinct areas of personnel of the Provincial Agency for Health Services (APSS):
- area of medical, veterinary, dental and health professional managers, including managers of the health professions;
- area consisting of the remaining personnel employed by the Provincial Agency for Health Services;
- area of professional, technical, administrative and health care management personnel

Research Department
The Research segment comprises the area of personnel employed with the status of researcher and technologist of the functional entities of the Autonomous Province of Trento that carry out research activities.
University of Trento
The University of Trento division includes the area of technical-administrative staff, CEL (Collaborators and Linguistic Experts) staff and managerial staff of the University in implementation of Article 7 of Legislative Decree 142/2011.

Provincial Agency for Negotiation Representation - APRAN
The Provincial Agency for Negotiating Representation (A.P.Ra.N.) constitutes the body of the Autonomous Province of Trento competent to represent the Administration in collective bargaining and the signing of provincial contracts and agreements.
