Choosing a school or university by evaluating aptitudes, passions and job opportunities is a crucial stage in a student's life. Girls often tend to choose humanistic paths, areas that are fundamental to culture and society. However, it is important to know that there are also other paths, such as science and technology (STEM), which offer many opportunities.

At this stage of choice, therefore, remember that although science (STEM) studies are often chosen by boys, nothing prevents girls from excelling in these disciplines. In fact, studies show that they achieve equal or superior results, but often lose confidence during middle and/or high school, mistakenly believing that these disciplines are more suitable for boys.
