The following may submit an application
- an individual applicant meeting the participation requirements;
- associations, including temporary ones, of several entities, each of which must meet the participation requirements;
- a consortium, in which each of the consortium members must meet the participation requirements. In the case of a consortium of cooperatives or stable consortium, the consortium must be accredited and each consortium member must be authorised.
Specifically, entities operating in the support and assistance of women who are victims of violence who, on the date the application is submitted
- are registered, where applicable, with the RUNTS (Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore - Single National Register of the Third Sector) as an online register set up at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies
- are characterised by the inexistence of the causes of exclusion provided for by the current legislation on public contracts applied by analogy
- they are in possession, pursuant to Articles 4 and 6 of the Regulation approved by D.P.P. 9 April 2018, no. 378/Leg, of the definitive authorisation and accreditation to operate in the social-welfare field for the Social Desk type only, or, alternatively, of the definitive authorisation and accreditation to operate in the social-welfare field for the adult age/residential functional aggregation
- have had in their articles of association for at least five years the aims of combating male and gender-based violence, of supporting, protecting and supporting women who have suffered violence and their children(ren) and ofempowerment;
- they pursue, exclusively or predominantly, statutory activities to prevent and combat male violence, also assessed in relation to the percentage of resources allocated in the budget
- have an established and proven five-year consecutive experience in the management of services against male violence against women.
