Description
The facilitation measure envisaged by this measure flanks the setting-up premium itself. It is intended, in fact, to grant those young farmers - who will be placed in a suitable position for funding in the ranking list for the setting-up premium and who feel they need concrete support and accompaniment for their business growth in the strategic and economic-financial sphere - the possibility of seeing the expenses incurred for specific consultancy and training areas recognised.
TYPES OF ELIGIBLE INITIATIVES
Servisory services of a strategic nature
Consultancy services to implement the business plan and in particular to build a strategic vision in organisational, production or market terms for their business, legal and fiscal consultancy in relation to the business activity and the business plan, consultancy in the area of business finance to choose financing channels, investigate existing forms of guarantee to improve access to credit and encourage investments activated by agricultural businesses.
Surveys di mmarket, pians di marketing, commercial telematic and security
Consultancy services acquired: for distribution channel analysis, company positioning analysis, product analysis, market segmentation analysis, study and design of advertising campaigns and promotional material, design of operational and strategic marketing plans, design and creation of websites functional to the promotion and telemarketing of goods and services (including customised booking services), analysis on safety in the workplace.
Certifications
Consulting services incurred in obtaining certifications for: company quality systems, product quality, environmental and ethical compatibility, workplace health and safety management systems.
Measure dof public intervention, cumulus e limiti di spesa
- The amount of the maximum grant that may be awarded is €5,000.00, while the amount of the minimum grant that may be awarded is €2,500.00, taking into account, however, the maximum percentage of 70% of eligible expenditure.
- The limits set out in this point must be complied with both when the grant is awarded and when it is liquidated.
- The aid is granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1408 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union tode minimisaid in the agriculture sector.
- Cumulation with other public incentives provided for by European, State and regional regulations, whether or not constituting State aid, is not permitted with respect to the eligible expenses.
Eligible expenses are set out in point 3 paragraph 1 of Criteria Resolution No 1915/2023.
The subsidised services must be started only after the submission of the grant application, otherwise the eligible initiatives will be ineligible.
Restrictions
OBLIGATIONS
The young farmer undertakes
- to accept all checks on the actual use of the aid granted and on compliance with the obligations laid down by provincial law, these criteria and the act granting the aid
- to notify the competent structure or body promptly of any subjective or objective change relevant to the granting of the aid or to its continuation.
The forfeiture of the Establishment Grant provided for by Intervention SRE01 of the call for proposals 2023, approved by resolution no. 1914/2023, determines the forfeiture of the grant provided for in this notice, if it occurs within the first 5 years from the date of the establishment itself.
Checks on compliance with the obligations imposed on applicants by paragraph 2 above and by Article 6 of Provincial Law no. 4/2003 shall be carried out on a sample equal to 5% of the interventions subject to constraints, in accordance with the relevant provincial regulations in force.
The control on the substitutive declarations of certification and affidavit will be carried out on a sample of at least 5% of the files, according to the provisions of the provincial regulations in force on the matter.
