The Department responsible for tourism issues to all those who have carried out the SCIA a badge with a photograph indicating their personal details and the profession exercised.
The badge must be kept in full view while carrying out the professional activity, and must be returned to the provincial service responsible for tourism if the activity ceases.
The exercise of the activity of equestrian tourism assistant without the relative qualification is punished with a fine ranging from 600 to 1,800 Euro; the same sanction is imposed on anyone who, in the exercise of a business activity, makes use of subjects without the qualification required by law.
Failure to submit the Certified Start-up Report is punishable by a pecuniary administrative sanction of between €100 and €300.
The exercise of the activity in the absence of insurance cover is punished with a pecuniary sanction from 200 to 500 Euro
