Water supply

The service enables local councils in the province of Trento to report a water emergency. 

It is necessary to specify the points of water collection and discharge, and to ensure that these are suitable for the handling of drinking water for human consumption. When drinking water is collected from the specified point, and when it is discharged, a representative from the local council or the water supply operator will be present. 

The service is aimed at local authorities in the province of Trento

The application can be made online via the province’s website.

To submit the application, you must provide your personal details and, if the application is submitted by a representative, the beneficiary’s authorisation must be attached.

The following must also be specified:

• the location of the water emergency
• the reason for the report
• the estimated duration of the service required
• the name of the water supply system and the quantity of water required
• the points of water intake and discharge

If the application is submitted by an authorised representative, the beneficiary’s letter of authorisation must be attached.

The service is available all year round.
