Verification of compliance with environmental conditions

Entity, public or private, holder of the PAUP, EIA or EIA screening measure.

The application may be submitted by the holder of the PAUP, EIA or EIA screening measure, by the legal representative of the company/entity holding the measure, or by a delegate.

The proposer transmits to the O.U. for Environmental Assessments the application form for the verification of compliance with environmental conditions, attaching in electronic format the technical documentation certifying compliance with the conditions contained in the PAUP, EIA or subjectivity assessment.

The application form and attached documentation must be sent preferably by certified e-mail to the address valamb.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. completed application form;
2. technical documentation proving compliance with environmental conditions;
3. list of documents - sheet A;
4. proxy of the applicant, if any.

NBFor reasons related to the protection of personal data, it is necessary that the technical documentation to be published is without handwritten signatures. For this reason, it is preferable that all the documentation is digitally signed by the editors or that an unsigned copy is provided (in addition to the signed copy) for publication, and that the Declaration of Correspondence of Documentation for Environmental Assessment Procedures (EIA) form is completed.
