Trade fair events: reporting extension

The reporting deadline may be extended once, for a maximum period of six months, subject to a reasoned and formal request to be submitted strictly within the original deadline.

Failure to report within the extended deadline will result in forfeiture of the contribution.

The following may apply for an extension of the reporting deadline

• entities and bodies set up as companies or associations

which have been granted aid for the organisation of trade fair events held in the Province of Trento in accordance with the implementation criteria of Article 67 of Provincial Law 17/2010 (law on trade), approved by the Provincial Council Resolution no. 363 of 28 March 2024.

The request for extension of the reporting deadline, complete with a revenue stamp, duly completed and signed by the legal representative, must be sent to the PEC address indicated on the form.

The interested party must submit the application using only the specially prepared forms, attaching to it

• copy of a valid identity document of the signatory (if the application is not digitally signed).

The application for an extension must be submitted strictly within the original reporting deadline (6 months calculated from the day after the end of the exhibition).

Within the 90-day period, a measure granting or not granting the extension is adopted.

The interested party is notified of the outcome of the procedure by PEC.

Failure on the part of the structure to comply with the time limit for the procedure may allow the interested party to apply to the Director General of the Department of Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism to request the conclusion of the procedure.
