TPOS (Trentino POsitioning Service)

It is the fundamental geometric infrastructure for precision positioning over the provincial territory.
The use of the TPOS network replaces the use of base stations placed on fiducial points with great advantages in terms of practicality, economy and accuracy.

Professionals, technicians of public bodies and potentially all citizens.

Access to the real-time service (RTK) is via authentication. New users register directly from the login page.

The modalities for accessing the service are indicated in the table of Ordinary Products for Real-time.

For the post-processing service (PPK), the user accesses the TPOS portal and selects the appropriate menu to download satellite observation data. The service provides RINEX files for the last 12 months (1-second sampling, RTCM version 3.x).

For earlier data, an e-mail must be sent to tpos@provincia.tn.it.

On the Mobilekat portal, on the other hand, time series from 2006 to the present day are available with 30-second sampling.

The 'EXPERT USERS' service for access to the real-time service is activated by the TPOS group to users who explicitly request it by e-mail at tpos@provincia.tn.it and allows them to hook up to the chosen reference station and receive corrections from it as if it were a single master, without the contribution of other stations in the network.
