Support for supplementary payments of direct cultivators, sharecroppers and colonists

This is an economic contribution intended for direct cultivators, sharecroppers, colonists and their coadjutant family members registered with the respective management of social security contributions and benefits, working on livestock farms that are in a particularly disadvantaged position. The contribution is granted in addition to the payments made into a pension fund referred to in Legislative Decree No 252 of 5 December 2005 (Disciplina delle forme pensionistiche complementari). The identification of such conditions associated with individual undertakings or specific areas of the territory is delegated by the aforementioned regional legislation to the regulations issued on the matter by the Autonomous Provinces.

The contribution is equal to EUR 500.00 per year, and is payable on condition that the person concerned has paid into the supplementary pension fund an amount equal to at least EUR 500.00.

The application must be submitted by 31 July of the year following the year in which the supplementary pension payments were made.

Livestock holdings operating under particularly disadvantaged conditions can apply for the contribution. A livestock farm is defined as a farm with livestock that employs a minimum annual amount of 500 hours, as defined by the 'average unit values of agricultural income and working time' in implementation of the provisions of Article 22 of Provincial Law no. 11 of 4 September 2000, and as resulting from the last farm file validated in the year 2024, i.e. in the year of reference of the contribution for subsequent years.

The application must be submitted at the Assistance Patronages or provincial counters for the public in the Province.
