Supply of flags of the Autonomous Province of Trento and envelopes

Art. 2, paragraph 2b of Provincial Law no. 13 of 30 July 2008 defines the regulation of the distinctive signs of the Autonomous Province of Trento related to initiatives for the enhancement of autonomy. Resolution No. 1189 of 8 August also regulates the promotion of the provincial flag as a symbol of identity and its consequent dissemination at scheduled events. In this context, provision is made for the purchase of flags of the Province in connection with the initiative related to their distribution, with a specific format, and envelopes in which they can be contained and distributed.

The supply requires the following items

- No. 500 nautical polyester flags with digital colour printing. Finishing with hem on three sides, reinforcement strap and two pvc snap hooks on pole side. Dimensions 105 x 70 h cm;
- No. 500 envelopes with bean handle or similar. White plastic or fabric envelopes, white, complete with full-colour digital printing of the PAT coat of arms. Approximate dimensions: base 25 cm, height 40 cm to contain flags;
- Transport of materials to Piazza Dante 15, Trento.

Estimated value of the service: Euro 7,600 plus VAT in accordance with the law.

The supply shall meet the following requirements

• Compliance with the dimensions (105 x 70 h) and proportions of the flag in accordance with Provincial Law no. 13 of 30 July 2028 (the height is equal to 2/3 of its length), as well as the positioning of the coat of arms;
• Reproduction of the exact colours of the flag of the Autonomous Province of Trento. Upon awarding the contract and before full production, the supplier shall produce a sample to be compared with the material in the possession of the administration in order to verify its accuracy and correspondence to the requirements, with particular reference to the colour shade, as it is not possible to provide exact pantone/ral;
• Registration on the "Contracta" portal in one or more of the following CPV/commodity categories relating (Common Procurement Vocabulary) to the subject-matter of the contract:
  • Category 35821000-5 - Flags;
