Supplementary passive defence contribution - 2022 and 2023 insurance year

The aid is intended to grant a provincial contribution in addition to the contribution granted by AGEA for risk management in agriculture for

• insurance year 2023 within the framework of the National Strategic Plan for the CAP 2023-2027 - Risk management - Intervention SRF.01;
• insurance year 2022 under Submeasure 17.1 'Crop, animal and plant insurance' of the 2014-2022 RDPN limited toundertakings that have not already received aid under Decision No 1628 of the Provincial Executive of 11 October 2024.

The intensity of the supplementary aid is equal to a maximum of 3.5% of the insurance premium already paid for the 2023 marketing year and a maximum of 5% of the insurance premium already paid for the 2022 marketing year, subject to compliance with the European rules on de minimis aid as set out in EU Reg. no. 1408/2013 et seq. and is recognised with reference to the applications for support submitted to the Agenzia per le erogazioni in agricoltura - AGEA for plant crops for the respective marketing years

Eligible for aid are agricultural holdings with their operational headquarters in the Province of Trento (for those operating in the nursery sector, it is sufficient for them to have their registered office in the Province of Trento), insured directly or through defence bodies (defence consortia, cooperatives and their consortia) that have submitted an application for support under Public Notice No 643065 of 21 November 2023 for policies covering risks to crop production - 2023 marketing year - referred to in SRF.01 Risk management measure of the National Strategic Plan for the CAP 2023-2027 and/or against Public Notice of 8 November 2022, no. 570475 for policies covering risks on crop production - 2022 marketing year - referred to in Sub-measure 17.1 "Crop, animal and plant insurance" of the 2014-2022 NSP.

For the 2022 insurance campaign, only undertakings that have not already benefited from the contribution underResolution of the Provincial Council No 1628 of 11 October 2024 are eligible.

Applications must be submitted by PEC to serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it using the appropriate forms available on the institutional website of the Autonomous Province of Trento, enclosing the duly signed privacy statement.

Only agricultural undertakings that have taken out an individual policy in 2022 and/or 2023, or where the undertaking has subscribed to the collective policy underwritten by the Defence Organisations but is no longer associated in 2025 with the Defence Organisation that has subscribed to the collective policy, using the CAA, must submit an individual application.

Members of the Defence Organisations do not have to submit an application as it will be submitted directly by the Defence Organisation.

Applications may only be submitted between 1 September 2025 and 30 September 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
