Subsidy for drafting and dissemination of agricultural publications

Professional agricultural trade organisations (agricultural trade unions) can obtain a subsidy for information activity through the drafting and dissemination of publications.

The subsidy is equal to 100% of the expenses considered eligible for the drafting and dissemination of publications within the limit of the financial availability on the provincial budget.

The grant is calculated according to the parameters described in point 6 of the criteria resolution and set out in the following annex:

The deadline for submitting the application is 31 December of the year preceding the reference year.

The recipients are farms active in the primary sector.

Membership of the organisation must not be a condition for access to the services it provides.

The contribution of non-member producers towards the administrative and technical costs incurred by the organisation to produce the publication must be proportionate to the service provided.

Professional Agricultural Trade Organisations may apply.

Professional agricultural trade organisations (agricultural trade unions) must submit an application by filling in the form available below with the documentation listed in it attached. Everything must be submitted to the Agricultural Service of the Province of Trento by 31 December of the year preceding the year in question.

The application may be sent to the pec address(serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it) or delivered by hand.

The following documents must be submitted with the application form

- report on the periodical for which the grant is requested, indicating in advance the number of copies to be sent, the number of pages net of advertising, the frequency of publications and the related costs

- declaration in lieu of affidavit signed by the legal representative, for the purposes of applying or not applying the 4% withholding tax

- copy of an identity document of the signatory.
