State Property Desk

The water property desk is the single point of contact between the Mountain Basins Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento and citizens, businesses and bodies for the management of applications for concessions and authorisations for the use of provincial public water property.

Applicants may

• compile and submit applications for concessions for the occupation and use of public water property and for works, activities and interventions that may interfere with the same property
• Fill in and send applications for authorisations for the use or realisation of works and manufactured products within the hydraulic buffer strip of the state water domain and in river areas of hydraulic interest
• filling in and sending applications for the amendment, waiver, takeover, renewal and extension of work completion deadlines relating to previous practices
• respond to any requests for integration, notices of refusal
• comply with any prescriptions issued
• check the status of applications
• consult the documents issued.

Citizens, Companies, Sole Proprietorships, Professionals, Entities

The application may be submitted in person by the recipients of the service, or with the support of a technical or consulting firm.

The citizen or company, in person or through a professional, logs on to the counter using the SPID or CPS/CNS digital identity: the system guides them to fill in the application, which is then sent to the Servizio Bacini Montani to set up the relevant file.

Operation of the service is guaranteed from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the other time slots there may be temporary unavailability: in this case, it is advisable to log in again after about 15 minutes.

Compilation support

You can contact 0461-495575 at the following times:

• Mondays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.
• Tuesday to Friday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The list of documents to be submitted is proposed by the system depending on the application submitted.

Documents required for any type of application are as follows

• chorography
• map extract
• photographic documentation

Access can take place at any time.

With the exception of those exempt from stamp duty and the use of virtual revenue stamps, a 16.00 Euro revenue stamp must be purchased for the submission of the application, the details of which must be entered in the space provided. The serial number, date and time uniquely identify the revenue stamp, which must be uploaded into the system as an attachment, kept for possible verification and cannot be reused. (Pursuant to Article 3 of Ministerial Decree 10/11/2011).

For any conforming copies, or where a deed of concession is required, additional revenue stamps may be requested in accordance with the law.
