It is a grant awarded to businesses, self-employed workers and non-commercial entities resident in the Province of Trento that invest in advertising campaigns in favour of professional and/or amateur sports associations and clubs affiliated to sports federations, associated sports disciplines and sports promotion bodies recognised by CONI or CIP, operating in the amateur sector, based in the Province of Trento and that carry out youth sports activities on a continuous basis in the provincial territory.
The grant is awarded at the rate of 50% of the investment, up to a maximum limit of €5,000, and cannot be cumulated with other benefits granted for the same object under provincial, state or European provisions. The investment must in any case not be less than €4,000.
If the available resources are not sufficient to finance all eligible applications in full, they will be allocated proportionally among all beneficiaries.
The grant is provided for in Article 17 bis of Provincial Law no. 4 'Provincial Law on Sport 2016' of 21 April 2016.
The application for the grant and payment of the contribution must relate to the investment made in the year preceding the submission of the application.
The contribution is granted within the limits provided for in Commission Regulation (EU) No 2831/2023 of 13 December 2023 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.

| ATTENTION As of 1 April 2026, access to provincial grants and subsidies by beneficiaries who are registered in the commercial register and who are in possession of land, buildings, plant, machinery, industrial and commercial equipment referred to in Article 2424, first paragraph, section Assets, item B-II, numbers 1), 2) and 3) of the Civil Code, used in the operation of the company (even if the company does not have the right of ownership over them), is subject to the stipulation of an insurance policy to cover damage caused by natural disasters and catastrophic events to said assets. The policy must be in place at the time the grant is awarded and remain in place throughout the duration of the initiatives. In the event of failure to comply with the insurance obligation - implemented at provincial level by the Provincial Council Resolution No. 2114 of 19 December 2025 - denial of the incentive is envisaged. |
