Single Provincial Authorisation Measure (PAUP)

Entity, public or private, proposing the project

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the proposing entity or his/her delegate (please enclose a written power of attorney with the application)

The proposer shall submit to the O.U. for Environmental Assessments the application for the release of the PAUP, including all the administrative documentation for the obtainment of the authorisations, however denominated, enclosing in electronic format the project with a level of detail such as to allow the completion of the technical investigation for the release of all authorisations, authorisations, concessions, understandings, licences, opinions, concerts, nulla osta and consents, however denominated, the environmental impact study and the non-technical summary, the notice to the public, a copy of the receipt of payment of the preliminary charges for the adoption of the EIA measure, and information on any transboundary impacts of the project.

The application form and the attached documents must be sent preferably by certified e-mail to the following address valamb.appa@pec.provincia.tn.it.

1. application form for the issuance of the PAUP with any other application forms for planning permission included in the PAUP attached
2. project
3. environmental impact study (EIS) and non-technical summary
4. notice to the public containing the minimum elements required by Article 24, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 2006 with specific indication of any authorisation, agreement, opinion, concert, nihil obstat, or acts of assent required possibly integrated with the elements required by other sector regulations
5. copy of the receipt of payment of the preliminary charges
6. list of documents - sheet A
7. list of authorisations included in the PAUP - sheet B
8. power of attorney for the submission of the application and related documentation (if applicable)
9. declaration of correspondence of documentation for environmental assessment procedures (EIA)
10. send by e-mail to the address valamb.appa@provincia.tn.itwith subject the name of the project, the area of the project/work/intervention georeferenced in the ETRS89(WGS84)/UTM reference system, in .shp (GIS Software Geographic Shape File) or .dxf file format, through the creation of a closed polygon including all the areas affected by the intervention in their maximum occupation.

NB: For reasons connected with the protection of personal data, it is necessary that the technical documentation to be published is without autograph signatures. For this reason, it is preferable that all documentation be digitally signed by the editors or that an unsigned copy be provided (in addition to the signed copy) for publication, and that the Declaration of Correspondence of Documentation for Environmental Assessment Procedures (EIA) form be completed.
