Description
The audiovisual content on the @museostorico youtube channel offers teachers and students the opportunity to address European history topics. In addition to the individual thematic video lessons that teachers can use to stimulate conversations, simplify concepts, or do a review, the Back to Europe format is a toolkit of 8 clips of 10 minutes each dedicated entirely to European history and the places that tell it, such as in Trentino Forte Cadine, also awarded the European Heritage Label (EHL).
An episodic toolkit that interweaves local and European, past and present. A journey through time and space: from the setting of Fort Cadine, an example of nineteenth-century "military architecture" and witness to a continent torn apart by conflict, to the European and contemporary dimension to try to explain in simple words topics such as the single currency, European defence policy, symbols and community belonging. In each episode there is also a timeline, a glossary and a survey to do in class.
