Selection of a cultural proposal to be implemented in Brazil

The Autonomous Province of Trento intends to acknowledge the 150th anniversary of emigration by offering the Trentino Community in Brazil a review of choral, musical, theatrical, folkloric and historical-revival performances characteristic of Trentino tradition.

To this end, it makes available a maximum amount of euro 110,000.00, as reimbursement of expenses. The project is eligible for funding up to a maximum of 70% of the eligible expenditure.

The project must comprise

• Review of performances in Brazil (minimum 5), to take place by 31 December 2025, realised by at least 2 different artistic entities;
• Realisation of a restitution product, preferably multimedia, to be presented to the Community in Trentino (at least 5 meetings in Trentino).

The artistic subjects taking part in the project must perform in at least two different areas. Gender representation of at least 30% must be guaranteed in at least one of the artistic subjects participating in the project.

The expression of interest to take part in the selection must be submitted by a third sector body operating in the artistic field, registered with RUNTS, which assumes the status of lead partner. The project must involve one or more other entities operating in the artistic field and one or more entities, with proven technical capacity, entrusted with the realisation of the product of the return of the initiative on Trentino territory, which shall take on the status of partner.

The lead partner and the artistic partners must have their legal or operational headquarters in Trentino and have been active in the cultural field for at least two years.

• detailed description of the project with list of planned performances
• description of the repertoire to be presented;
• list of participants, with role and date of birth;
• description of the intended return product;
• income and expenditure budget relating to the activity under the project
• for which reimbursement is sought
• declaration stating that there are no obstacles to the assignment of the activities envisaged in the project;
• photocopy of an identity document of the legal representative of the lead partner (if not submitted with digital signature);
• privacy policy.

The result of the selection will be published by: 10 October 2025
