Are you an employer looking for staff? Discover services for finding employees offered by the Employment Agency of the Province of Trento.

Description

Employers who are looking for personnel can request free support from the Supply and Demand Matching Operators (IDO) located in the Employment Centres of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

One or more of the following personalised services may be activated free of charge as part of their request for personnel:

  • Analysis of company needs
    - analysis of the request for personnel through a company visit or a telephone/online meeting aimed at defining the professional profile of the resource sought
    - advice on any incentives in force in the province of Trento
    - support in identifying possible contacts in the offices of the Employment Agency for any other company needs that may emerge

On the basis of the personnel needs that have emerged, an assessment of the most effective actions will be carried out, agreeing on the most suitable services, including

  • Publication of the job advertisement on Trentino Lavoro
    The advertisement may contain the company's references, or it may be anonymous and the Job Centre will receive the CVs of the candidates and carry out the screening of the applications.
  • Searching the Employment Agencydatabase for suitable candidates and sending CVs
  • Support in the pre-selection of candidates
    - screening of CVs received following the advertisement on Trentino Lavoro
    - contact/interview with candidates to verify suitability and availability
  • Posting the vacancy on Linkedin and/or the Eures network
    For profiles which are difficult to find, it is also possible to request the publication of an advertisement on the Job Agency's Linkedin channel. The employer can also search for staff outside the province, using the Eures service for the search of staff within the European Union.
  • Participation in Career days or organisation of company-specific recruiting days
    Job Centres organise career days or recruiting days dedicated to specific economic sectors or professional figures aimed at bringing together workers and companies looking for personnel.

Remember!
In addition to the above-mentioned services, employers may also decide to use the portal Trentino Lavorothe provincial portal of employment services for citizens and companies.
Once the company is authenticated to the portal, it can use the following services free of charge and autonomously

  • publish job offers and manage them
  • create their own 'Showcase'
  • transmit compulsory recruitment communications through the S.A.R.E. service.

What to do

To apply for staff and activate the job matching, the employer concerned follows these steps

  1. fill in and send the IDO service activation form (it is sufficient to send it only the first time) to thePEC address of its reference Employment Centre
  2. fill in the Job Description and sends it to the PEC address of your Job Centre or to your reference job matching agent

Remember!
The IDO Service Activation Form must be accompanied by a photocopy of the identity card of the signatory. The signatory may be the legal representative or his/her delegate. Once sent, an operator from the Job Centre's Supply and Demand Matching service will contact the employer to define the characteristics of the profile sought and agree on services.
