Control documents (Journey Sheets) are required for international occasional services in the EU countries, Switzerland and the countries party to the INTERBUS Agreement as well as for international occasional services in cabotage for the EU countries only.
What to do
To apply for journey sheets, the following documents must be sent by PEC motorizzazione.civile@pec.provincia.tn.it:
1. completed and signed "application for issue of journey sheets for EU, interbus agreement";
2. self-certification of the person in charge on company letterhead with the following text:
I, the undersigned ... born ... on... residing at... street... tax code... aware of the responsibilities and penalties established by law for false statements and mendacious declarations, under my personal responsibility (art. 76 of the Consolidated Text of the legislative and regulatory provisions on the subject of administrative documentation D.P.R. 28 December 2000, no. 445) DECLARES - that I am in possession of the certificate of professional competence for the international carriage of passengers by road issued by... on... - that I am in charge of the management of the company ... tax code/VAT number ... - to manage the transport activity only for the company named above. Date and signature(attach a photocopy of a valid document)
N.B. if the person in charge of the company is the same as in a previous application for journey forms and there have been no changes to the company itself, it is not necessary to attach a new self-certification but to refer in the application to the one already submitted previously.

4. receipt of payment of stamp duty to be made in one of the following ways
receipt of payment made to the Provincial Treasury of the State (provincial branches of the Bank of Italy) which must be charged to Chapter XV - Cap. 3561 with the following reason for payment: "proceeds from the sale of European Community control documents relating to working conditions in the road transport sector
or bank transfer to the following IBAN: IT53P0100003245211015356100 (bank details of the specific chapter mentioned above) and attaching the transfer receipt (not the transfer order).
NB: There are no longer any 703 RR and 704 RR booklets for the ASOR agreement, the only remaining state being Norway. For travel to Norway, the Ministry has stipulated that the 700 AP2N leaflets are still used.
