Residential services for minors outside the province: registration on the list of managers

Entities wishing to offer social welfare services in residential settings for minors, young adults, single-parent families and pregnant women, in facilities located outside the province, must apply for registration on the open list of accredited providers.

Description

Placements of minors, young adults, single-parent families and pregnant women in social welfare services located outside the provincial territory may only be carried out in the facilities managed by contracted subjects.

Entities intending to enter into an agreement with the Autonomous Province of Trento for this purpose must enrol on the special open list of managers.

Registration on the list is valid for five years from the moment the registration measure is approved.

Who it's for

The following may apply for inclusion in the list

- entities that meet the requirements set out in thePublic Notice, which can be consulted below in the "Documents" section;

- Subjects that provide services referable to the following types of the Catalogue of Social Welfare Services most recently approved by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 604 of 6 April 2023

  1. "Accompanied housing for minors" (sheet 1.1);
  2. "Family community for minors" (fact sheet 1.2)
  3. "Socio-educational community" (fact sheet 1.3)
  4. "Family group home" (Schedule 1.5)
  5. "Parent/child care community" (Schedule 1.6)

What to do

Interested parties may submit their application at any time, by sending it to the Social Policy Service, by one of the following methods and in compliance with the further specifications set out in thepublic notice

a) by mail, only by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt;

b) by e-mail to the certified e-mail box of the competent structure at the address serv.politichesociali@pec.provincia.tn.it; sending from a simple e-mail box is valid if the document is signed by means of a digital signature or qualified electronic signature or, even if signed by means of a handwritten signature, is scanned and presented together with a copy of an identity document; sending from a certified e-mail box is valid if the document is transmitted by means of a certified e-mail box whose access credentials have been issued after identification of the holder (PEC-ID), without the need for a signature.

To register on the list, you must submit an application accompanied by the following duly completed documentation

- Organisation's general requirements declaration form
- Convention outline
- Privacy policy

If the application for registration is transmitted by electronic mail, the signature of the application and of each document to be attached to the application (agreement, privacy policy and statement of the organisation's general requirements) may be made in one of the following ways
1) digital signature or qualified electronic signature of each file saved in static pdf format and renamed by adding the name of the organisation (e.g. "Convention_Organization_Name", "Declaration_Organization_Name);
2) handwritten signature of the printout of the application and of each document to be attached to the application; the pdf files of the scans are requested to be renamed by indicating the type of document and the name of the organisation (e.g. "Application_NameOrganisation") and sent together with the copy of the identity document.
