Description
The service allows you to request the take-over of a Single Territorial Authorisation (AUT).
In the event of a take-over of the activity, the incoming holder within sixty days communicates the change of ownership to the competent structure (Authorisations and Controls Sector), which updates the AUT within sixty days from the date of receipt of the communication.
In the case in which the exercise of one of the activities included in the AUTrequires the subsistence of subjective requisites on the part of the owner, the taking over of the activity that is the object of the AUT is subject to the possession of said requisites on the part of the sub-entrant. In this case, the sub-entering proprietor shall apply for the authorisation to the competent structure (Authorisations and Controls Sector), enclosing the declaration in lieu of affidavit and certification regarding the possession of the subjective requirements. If the competent structure does not express an opinion within sixty days of receipt of the application, the administration's silence is equivalent to a decision granting the application pursuant to Article 23 bis of the provincial law on administrative activity. This is without prejudice to the exercise of supervisory powers.
Operative indications on how to fill in the application for the sub-entry of an AUT are available on the'Request Single Territorial Authorisation (AUT)' page.
