The service allows you to request the modification of a Single Territorial Authorisation (AUT)

Description

Modification means any variation related to the authorised facility or activity, even when the facility has already been built or the activity is exercised. The modification may be(ref. art. 2, P.D. 28 March 2018, no. 2-77/Leg)

  • substantial: it consists of the modification considered substantial under the sectoral disciplines concerning the individual measures included in the AUT;
  • non-substantial: any change other than substantial.

In the event that the interested party intends to carry out a substantial modification of the activity or of the plant, it shall submit an application for a new AUT to the competent structure (Authorisations and Controls Sector) through the services portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

In the case of a request for a non-substantial modification, the interested party shall notify the competent structure (Authorisations and Controls Sector at the pec address sac.appa@pec.provincia.tn) of the modification that it intends to implement; this notification must be accompanied by a detailed technical report of the modifications requested and, if necessary, by a planimetric table. Once the communication has been received, the procedure will continue as detailed in Article 10 of the AUT Regulation(ref. art. 10, D.P.P. 28 March 2018, no. 2-77/Leg).

Who it's for

The application may be submitted by the legal representative of the company or his delegate (by attaching a written proxy to the application). The application may also be completed by a third person, but must be signed by the legal representative of the company or his delegate.

What to do

Applications must be submitted online, on the services portal of the Autonomous Province of Trento, by authenticating via SPID or activated CPS/CNS and filling in the appropriate form.

In the case of a request for a substantial modification of the Single Territorial Authorisation, the documentation required in the case of a New AUT must be submitted.

In the case of a request for a non-substantial modification, a detailed technical report of the modifications requested and, if necessary, a planimetric table must accompany the abovementioned communication.

Maximum no. of waiting days

The total duration of the preliminary investigation is 60 days if the modification is considered non-substantial; 90 days if the modification is considered substantial. This is without prejudice to the suspension of the time limits that may be necessary in the event that the applicant must, at the request of the Authorisations and Inspections Department, supplement the documentation submitted in order to allow an adequate assessment thereof.
